What is Craniosacral Therapy and Bioenergy Therapy?

Craniosacral therapy has its origins in Osteopathy.
Both are based on Embryology, that we have an inherent blueprint / memory where the body always seeks balance.

In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy I do not manipulate. It is the body itself that is allowed to adjust itself on its own terms. I support the body in this process by maintaining a safe space, so that the body can descend into a very deep relaxed state. From this deep relaxed state, the body can choose to make the adjustments it needs in the process towards balance.

The body knows how and why an imbalance has arisen. The body also knows how it can find its way back to balance again.

In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy I work with the skull and spinal column down to the sacrum and tailbone. In the skull we have many skull bones, connective tissue membranes and the spinal fluid that flows between the connective tissue membranes. The skull bones should normally have free movement.
